Arrived damaged on delivery and they won’t refund as I had thrown away the packaging, which any normal person would do when you have to cut it then rip it open!!!

Look to be honest I ordered a toilet frame that had gone out of stock. I wasn’t in a hurry so I hung on and waited for it to become available again. They were very fast to allow me a full immediate refund. They had the items on order from the manufacturer. The price was the best that I’d found anywhere. It came in just 1 day later than expected. It was finally delivered on the Monday. They kept me informed via email, so I can’t complain.

My mirror was damaged in transit and I am currently trying to arrange a replacement with your company.
I was advised that you would receive a replacement on Thursday 27th July and arrange despatch to me w/c 1sr August.
I was advised that you would contact me to confirm a delivery date, but currently I have received no further advices.

Easy to order. Swift dispatch and excellent replacement product for a faulty Joule tank. Unfortunately the delivery company were way out on their 2hr morning delivery timeframe, so had to wait around all day.
