Easy to order, delivered when promised. Building the drawers was OK but the instructions could be improved .. including the print quality (deducted a service star for that). Fitting and adjusting the drawers needed some care but within the competency of a good DIYer. I didn’t follow the instructions exactly in fixing the drawer fronts as there seemed a simpler option that worked fine for me. Quality of product very good.

Very good customer service. Helped with measurements and suggested proper sizes. Drawers are very good quality and were a breeze to fit. Shipping was quick once the drawers were sent, but took about 10 working days to send. Considering the current COVID situation, I consider this more than acceptable.

They were ordered and paid with a delivery time 14 working days? although they arrived a little after that timeline, the products I found were good.
Just to be a little critical, the black and white pictures in the instruction pages were a bit woolly to follow and would perhaps confuse some DIY customers. I had no problem as I am used to the workings of the flat pack and furniture world.

I had a non-standard situation with regard to one of my drawer runners. I sent DB's some photos and dimensions and they agreed to produce a bespoke solution (at no extra cost). The customer service representative was very helpful and friendly.
I fitted my new drawers at the weekend and I wanted to say a massive thank you to DB's for all of the extra screws, brackets and filler boards they included with the shipment.
It made fitting the runners very easy and it looks super tidy.

Great product. Howdens quoted us £600 for a drawer set which cost £180 from drawer box. The written instructions left out a couple of small details, which was a bit confusing. But once I'd got one together, they're really simple. Have since ordered some more.

This is the first time I have bought from drawer boxes and frankly the only way I can describe their service and customer care is “superb”. If you need custom made products then Drawer Boxes is the place to go. The quality is excellent, they deliver on time and in the unlikely event there is an issue, the staff sort it out. Unlike so many businesses they go the extra mile.

There was unfortunately a long lead time between the order being placed and the drawer sets being dispatched which meant that the drawer box sets arrived after installation of the cabinets which, in turn, made installation of the drawers more difficult than it could have been. That said, installation of the drawers into the prebuilt cabinets was very straightforward, Once dispatched the order arrived quickly but was originally dispatched with some items missing. This was speedily rectified.

After a longer than normal wait time which is totally understandable due to Covid the drawer arrived well packaged and undamaged.
I asked for the instructions to be included. They were but with the final page missing. No big deal, I downloaded from the website and all was good.
Easy to fit and looking good in my kitchen. So much so that I have since ordered more.

I suggest you change the how-to video for the Tandembox internal deep drawer to include how to fit the pillars to which the backs of the drawers are attached - it’s not easy for someone not used to fitting them to work out where they go. I also found it easier to get the runners and spacers in the right place by drilling pilot holes, as the screws tended to skate across the surface when I tried to drive them in using just the power driver - maybe just me! Very happy with the end result though.

Thanks for the review. We are considering some further changes to packaging, and are waiting before making any final video changes. Pilot holes are a far more accurate method. Many people want to know the shortcuts installers use, and the screw and gun method is very quick and mostly accurate.

Good- Quality product, informative video clips, nice drawer action.
Not so good- retro fitting 3 drawer unit inside Ikea base unit. Informed my measurements were wrong ( they were correct). Was informed curtly they will make allowance for hinges.
Discovered drawers did not go in as planned.
In addition the video states lower packer sits on base which fouls both of the lower door hinges positions Had to modify the packers to accommodate the above but worked out ok in the end.

Thanks for the review. Our packing strips will cope with "normal " 90 degree hinges. Hinges with add on soft close attachment are too bulky, therefore we suggest changing for hinge with soft close built in.

Every item very well packed, plenty of screws for installation. the order did take a few weeks to arrive, but that's not the end of the world - great product.
