I can't understand why 3 leaders couldn't have been put into an envelope and delivered cheaper???

Thank you for your feedback — it’s all about giving the best possible service.
We found envelopes were often damaged in Royal Mail’s sorting process, so we now use protective jiffy packs. For a very small extra cost, it means a safer, more reliable and trackable delivery.

I've used Troutcatchers a number of times now and have been very pleased with the speed of delivery and the prices are good.
The amount of money an order needs to be at £79 is high before shipping is included. This is my only gripe and can be forgiven based on the overall service provided
Based on my latest order when there was an issue, the customer service in resolving it was faultless.

I called in advance of ordering online to check stock levels and to ask about delivery. I spoke with Nick Powell, who was really helpful and informative. As he confirmed, the order was delivered promptly the next day. Great service, great prices and great customer support. I will definitely be using Trout Catchers again soon.
