I am delighted with my Shetland wool. I have had two deliveries now - the first one was a bit slow, but there was a warning on the website to say deliveries were weather dependent, so that wasn't unexpected.
My second order came very quickly.
The wool is delightful to knit - doesn't split easily.
I had to buy extra of the main colour for the Buggiflooer Beanie pattern, but I didn't knit a tension square first.

Amazingly, with letters and other local mail sometimes taking weeks to arrive, my orders for yarn from a remote Scottish island arrives within days. The colour selection of the yarn is extensive and the customer service second to none. I had to contact customer service and it was like talking to a friend and the efficiency was exact. Thank you.
