I cannot praise this company enough, their customer service is second to none. Their deliveries you can rely on and last week when Storm Pia ravaged Scotland and caused absolute chaos my delivery was held up in Aberdeen for only one day. The wool itself does dry my skin a bit as it's natural but do you want authentic or acrylic, I know my choice.
