The team at Drawerboxes are fantastic, they have been so helpful over the past couple of weeks sorting a verity of issues, customer service is second to none and the delivery time is spot on. If I ever need draws again for whatever reason this will be my first stop. Thank you guys.

The internal drawer is a perfect fit, it arrived very well packaged and on the day quoted , I am thinking about further purchases and will have no hesitation ordering from drawerboxes again

We refurbished a 70’s kitchen with really odd sizes, the drawers were individually made to our measurements and fitted perfectly. Great product and excellent service. Would definitely recommend.

The item was perfect for what we wanted. Good, strong and sturdy. However, the the courier FEDEX services was completely unreliable. They lost the item, but told me it had been delivered.
Eventually, drawerboxes repeated the order and then used DPD transport to deliver it next day.
Can't fault the company - just the courier.

Thanks for the review. Apologies for the inconvenience. The Fed Ex delivery also appeared eventually. We have found both couriers to be reliable with only the odd hiccup.

Delivery took a couple of days longer that I'd hoped but the drawer arrived well packed. The product is really excellent. The drawer is really sturdy with no give in it, even though it's quite large at 60cm square and slides all the way out. ...and it's sooo light and smooth
The enclosed installation instructions are a bit cryptic. Watching the available YouTube videos is recommended..
I didn't need to use the customer service.

Drawers are good quality, easy to install and adjust. Being made to measure was a real bonus for my unusual size cabinets. Excellent customer service and updates provides on order status. Recommended.

Great product. Straightforward to assemble. Instructions easy to follow. One part was damaged during shipping but I contacted drawerboxes and a new part was sent out the next day - no problem. Great customer service.
Really pleased with the end result - they are sturdy, and have helped turn a messy cupboard into a tidy one. A pleasure to open!!

Amazed that after 35 years had to replace one draw out of 3 draws to match up and you would not know the difference. Thanks you, might need to replace other two at some time , know where to come.
