Although I was warned that shipping might be slower because of the extreme weather conditions on Shetland, in fact my wool arrived within 3 days, which was very impressive. The order was correct and well protected in its packaging. I love the quality of this wool. It knits up as fair isle perfectly and the range of colours is pure joy to work with.

I ordered from the US and my order arrived 10 days after placing it! They didn’t have enough stock to fill one of my requests, and promptly reached out to let me know and asked how I wanted to resolve it. J&S Shetland lace is he most beautiful lace yarn in the world. I especially like that you blend it with lambswool. I love knitting with this yarn because it is so effortless. The colors are Shetland. I am so pleased with the speed of processing; and the swift post and delivery to southern California -- especially considering it is winter.
