I cannot praise this company enough, their customer service is second to none. Their deliveries you can rely on and last week when Storm Pia ravaged Scotland and caused absolute chaos my delivery was held up in Aberdeen for only one day. The wool itself does dry my skin a bit as it's natural but do you want authentic or acrylic, I know my choice.

I have just done the Knitsonik online course and discovered the joys of creating stranded colourwork designs. This wool is just wonderful for my creations. Such a brilliant selection of colours and fantastic quality. The staff were brilliant too when I rang with a problem making my payment. I am delighted with my Shetland wool. I have had two deliveries now - the first one was a bit slow, but there was a warning on the website to say deliveries were weather dependent, so that wasn't unexpected.
My second order came very quickly.
The wool is delightful to knit - doesn't split easily.
I had to buy extra of the main colour for the Buggiflooer Beanie pattern, but I didn't knit a tension square first.
