Shipping a little slow on this order, took 4 days to arrive by Royal Mail during the working week.

Shipping let down by courier. Told that package would arrive on a certain day, within a set timescale. However, item delayed and no reason given. Item arrived the next day. Call me a cynic, but if it’s too much trouble couriers can’t be bothered to go out of their way and deliver the service they are being paid for.

When order arrived I was disappointed to find that the wrong item had been sent. I immediately e-mailed to let them know there was a problem. Within minutes I received a phone call from Nick Powell apologising for the error, arranging to send the correct item and explaining how I could send the 'wrong' item back FOC. Absolutely superb customer service!!
No qualms about ordering again in the future.
