I ordered Saniflow Sanlplus Up Macerator Pump 6006 and received it next day excellent service.
However, I have not yet had the pump fitted and cannot comment on it at this moment.

Ordered from Plumb2u a few times now and i cannot fault their service, the last time i ordered a Gledhill unvented cylinder i was informed of the date of delivery, this time i was only told it was dispatched and it turned up out of the blue, luckily someone was home, probably down to the courier.

I placed an order on the 12th Sept and now almost two weeks later have not received it.
I have called several times just to get an answerphone, left message but no one called back.
Sent an e mail to them but ne reply.
I know deliveries can go wrong but at least have someone to speak to or reply to messages and E mails.
Others may have had good service, but not this time. If you are a tradesman and need materials quickly your better off not using this company.

The item came as described. Hvn’t put it to use yet but will do eventually as the toilet stopped working & the error light came on. We hve had difficulty getting our new remote to pair with the toilet which has delayed me putting the new carbon filter & nozzle into effect. I do feel that the returns process could be a little bit more welcoming as we got the Gerabit 8000 toilet originally for my dad as he wasn’t as well as he usd to be but we feel that we’d like to continue using it a bit longer.

I haven’t had item delivered yet so can’t review service but had to chase order for update as no explanation why not delivered! so customer service not great.
