I previously brought to shade card, which also arrived extremely fast.

I have, over the years, made a few purchases from Jamieson & Smith and always found their products to be of the highest quality and the yarns true to colour.
My recent order was no exception.
I placed my order on 04/08/25 and received an email confirming this. I was then able to track my order easily.
I could not believe it when my parcel arrived on 07/08/25.
It took 3 days from order to delivery.
I am absolutely thrilled with the contents of the parcel and would recommend this company 100.

I have not experienced any issues using the website nor with placing an order. Dispatch seems to be on the same or next business day (depending on time of placing order) and I received the delivery 2 working days later. Email communications advise of the progress at the different stages.

I find both navigating the website and placing an order to be a straightforward process with no issues. The order was dispatched promptly and received by me within the following 2 days. Email communications are always timely advising of order confirmation, dispatch etc. The wool seems to be of excellent quality and matches what I have already (obtained from a different but unknown source).

I expected the order to take a lot longer to arrive considering it was coming from Shetland to Glasgow. Mother Nature was kind and favourable conditions meant it arrived just a couple of days after ordering. Not started knitting yet but pattern looks easy enough to follow, as years since I've knitted anything and wool and the colours are beautiful. Love what's on their website.
