Product is great but unhappy with delivery I paid for rapid delivery but was delayed for a day disappointed as this meant had to collect on day of job which meant job was late to commence.

Great quality and very competitive price.

I ordered a Cistermiser Infrared Control Valve IRC2 however the job was cancelled by others. Contacted Plumb2U and they had an easy returns policy. Were very helpful & provided a full refund.

A1 customer service. Will use them again!

Be warned! This company advertise products and send something completely different out. I thought I brought a brand new Bristan 1901 and what arrived was a bashed up box of a completely different shower. They offered to send me ceramic discs to rebrand it. The only saving grace is that they collected the item immediately and offered a full refund which was quickly processed.

After checking that this filter was an easy swap for the existing one, I ordered it. It arrived two days later: free postage and quick delivery - I'm happy. I'm a moderately competent DIYer and fitted the filter myself. That fixed that problem. (I deliberately ordered the filter with new valves, even though I didn't use them - with one eye on the future; I also ordered extra 'washers' for the same reason).

Ordered 12 days ago and still not received. Made an enquiry was told there had been a product recall hence late delivery. Rubbish.

Plumb2u were by far the cheapest price available at the time of my purchase. Dispatch was very prompt by a reputable delivery company DHL. But DHL were very disappointing on their delivery. Two failed delivery attempts resulting in me going to there depot to collect it personally. On receipt of the parcel I found it very damaged and no viable explanation for it's condition and failure of the delivery. DHL failed miserably.
Boiler OK and working. No hesitation in recommending this seller.

Great taps at a good price. They were dispatched very quickly, but sadly Royal Mail took almost a week to deliver them! This is not the fault of Plumb2U.

Arrived on time good service, the only thing was the grub screws were missing but that’s bristan fault.
