When the Plumber and I opened the plastic wrapping the shower had been delivered in it was clear it had previously been opened - the security tag was broken.
Inside one of the nuts had a clear wrench mark on it.
I had the plumber on site and the shower had arrived so we went ahead and installed - can't say I was happy - the product itself is excellent but being sent something that had clearly been opened and in some way installed stinks.

Great service and quick delivery. Products came in a good state. My order was in two consignments which could have been communicated better as I expected them all in the same package. However, tracking was good on the initial package and customer service was great and informed me of this very promptly when asked.

Very disappointed to be charged £15 for postage when the item is delivered by Royal Mail! That is just a con.

Very pleased with my purchase and the company was also excellent.

Came with a bottom filling valve when instructions show a top/side valve, which was what I was replacing. Plumb2U gave a partial refund and I sent the wrong one back, but had to order from another supplier as P2U didn't stock the correct one. So a bit of a faff, but impressed with how fast and understanding P2U were.

Cylinder was as expected, fast delivery and will use again..
