Excellent service, easy to order and grateful for Paul checking with me incase I had made a mistake on the size I had ordered.
The plinth boxes are very well made and arrived the next day after they were dispatched. The packaging was incredible so there was no chance of damage occurring from transport delivery. I would have no hesitation in recommending Drawerboxes. Thank you to everyone who worked on this order.

The items were well packed and arrived on time, but unfortunately the delivery people let it down after
giving 2 delivery options to DPD they ignored both and decided to leave on doorstep in full view fortunately our neighbour saw them and took them in for us.

Absolutely love the Tandembox Soft Close drawer set we received from Drawerboxes.co.uk. They are such a clever design and easy to put together. Fitted them within a couple of hours. We had one slight dinted drawer side. Contacted customer services and they immediately offered to send a replacement out which we received the next day. All 5 drawers now fitted and all opening and closing easily. Much more efficient storage as they allow you to utilise every bit of space. Would definitely recommend.

As ever, delivered within timescale stated, and all parts were well packaged.
Easy to assemble and install.
This was a fairly large order, 8 units. We now have a total of 11 drawers, and the difference it makes to accessing stuff is amazing.
As we grow older, struggling to locate things at the back of a low shelf is increasingly painful.
The only issue was a shortage of long screws for the packing blocks, there were about 10 short.
I have plenty of screws in my stores, but it was annoying.
