Very impressed with the service and quality. I received a very friendly email soon after I’d placed my order to say that the needles were out of stock. I was offered an alternative size, or a refund. My reply was acknowledged promptly and the order shipped. It was delivered two days later by Royal Mail which was incredible service considering it had to come to Birmingham from Shetland. Letters sent to other addresses in the city often take longer to arrive. Excellent service.

Arrived very quickly! This is such nice wool to knit with. I’ve used it before and always enjoy knitting with it. The colours are the same as the screen so I was very pleased with my choices. First class!
