Excellent service as ever. Only surprising defect was a bobbin holder from Veniard. I have had the same problem before with cheaper bobbin holders but I thought Veniards QA would be better.

You know that you can trust a company when you experience how they deal with any issues and after a small picking error (I received thread in the wrong colour) Troutcatchers immediately sent out the correct items and suggested I keep hold of the incorrect items and maybe donate them to a youngster.
