I have a particular issue with courier deliveries. My postcode covers around a dozen properties spread over a wide area. Entering the code into a satnav takes the driver to a spot 1/4 mile away from my house. Contacted Troutcatchers about my problem before placing an order. The customer care I received from Nick was exemplary, both via email and on the phone. The item was dispatched via Royal Mail as requested and duly arrived without any problem. Cannot rate the service highly enough.
