Ordered a few items during this lockdown and couldn't have been treated better. One of the items although in stock, was not in a location for it to be obtained safely. I was kept in the loop and given the options of a refund or backorder. Called me back after leaving a message and sent an email as well explaining the situation. The other items arrived quickly and looking forward to getting the net through when we can all get out again. Perfect service and I shall certainly be using them again.
