Excellent service considering the current circumstances unfortunately when I ordered this product there was a delay on delivery due to current guidelines on storage and despatch from warehouses but thanks to the staff/management and there conversation with the manufacturers they put on a direct delivery to there other warehouse and I received my goods in good time and in perfect condition. Service excellent in tough times due to COVID 19. As a beginner to Flytying, not overly impressed by the book, I am sure aficionados think it is great but for a beginner, it was a wrong choice.
