Fair price - easy online ordering with paypal - free click and collect offered locally 4 days later and genuine part which worked as it should - very happy and will use and recommend Plum2U again.

Two of these were ordered on the 13th. Plumb2u only sent one. I have raised this with the customer services team and provided proof that I have only received one. I keep getting fobbed off with dates that constantly change or excuses that they're in dispute with the manufacturer, which is why I haven't received the 2nd seat. I'm now getting no responses to my emails at all. Understandably this is having a knock-on effect to our customer who is waiting for these to be fitted. Poor service.
