I'm a returning customer as Plumb2U have the items I need at a reasonable price, well packaged for shipping and prompt delivery. The last order had an incorrect item included but this was sorted speedily and positively - I'm very pleased with the customer service.

Fast delivery, excellent product would defently buy from Plumb 2U again.

Searched online and found this toilet seat at a very competitive price. The item was available quickly and it was free collection.

The shower was delivered in good time and condition and was a straightforward replacement for an old T80 unit. Very happy with it and service from plumb2u.

Great thanks - I wanted the premium torch - but had to wait a while until I could make it work with all types of gas cylinder. The rothenburger ones are too pricey - but found a converter, and now works brilliantly thanks!!!

Very prompt delivery of a first class toilet seat. No complaints!

First class great value, Royal Mail very slow to deliver.

This company was let down by DHL Item took longer to be delivered, I was given a time slot but no live tracking it turned up 4 hours later. When it arrived the box was damaged and the contents were exposed. I complained to the driver who just shrugged his shoulders and drove off. I immediately checked the contents, and it was all there. They should stop using DHL.

Delivered quickly and easy to connect replace broken thermostat. The only thing that you could do would make the delivery to be tracked , there was no exact time or day .

Fast delivery. Seems like a quality product. Easy to install. Great price and 10 year warranty.Only minor adjustments to existing waste piping. Bit fidly installing the circlip back on but used a couple of small g clamps to hold in place whilst I clipped on the circlip using just fingers. I didn't need any sealant on the sink. Rubber gaskets are good. no leaks. Not too noisy. Should have got one years ago. Won't need to put waste food in bin or council recyling caddies. No more smelly bins.
