The communication regarding the late delivery was good, but not very helpful in terms of resolving the issue. Just apologised and gave me the option to cancel my order. The issue is that it was advertised as 5-7 days delivery on your website, it ended up taking over 4 weeks to arrive. There was no offer of any form of refund or compensation for the inconvenience this caused either.

I still haven't received the order which was ordered on the 25 April.

Plumb2u delivered quickly, and the item and shipping were reasonably priced. Tracking was minimal—just a note that they had contacted their supplier, which could take up to a week—so it seemed like the item might be out of stock. Even with a holiday in between, it arrived on time and undamaged. Overall, I’m very happy and would use this supplier again.

Unfortunately the wrong colour was mistakenly sent out. Not a problem after contacting customer services. A free returns label was emailed out straight away and once received the right was was posted out. Received with in a few days.
However once the correct one was received it didn’t match my existing oak wood colour.
A shame because the colour on the internet looked correct but on receiving the toilet seat it was more like a natural pine colour.

I have been asked to review an order that I have not yet received. I expected to receive it way before now based upon the expected delivery time stated.

Excellent support from Martin. Had some tracking issues with Royal Mail, but the shop was very responsive. Martin looked into the order immediately and provided a clear "worst-case scenario" plan, offering a refund and return label if it doesn't show up on time. Really appreciate the proactive updates and the accountability. Thanks Martin!

Very fast shipping and comms. Unfortunately the item wasn't for me in the end but I posted back and got an immediate refund the morning it arrived back with them. Best prices I could find on the internet and I searched everywhere. They have some niche products that few places stock. Would definitely use again. Not a fan of their website or sign up process (why do then need to know my date of birth?! I gave a fake one), but as a supplier they are up there with the very best.
