The pipe appears to be out of stock online but I have made a call to the customer service and everything was sorted out in couple of days. The shipping time was a bit longer than I expected but overall it was a good experience.

Very slow, do not include a vat receipt when you ask for one, sent email asking for receipt but still no answer, they do not pick up the phone, they do not call you back.
The worst. I have bought things from them before thginking it might be a one off, but no. Never going to use them again.Terrible customer service.

Shipping was badly handled by subcontractor for DHL and packaging was badly damaged. Fortunately the Softener was OK. Water Softener and Service was fine.

I needed to change my hot water tank as it was leaking but I didnt know if the ones they had in stock were a direct replacement so I contacted these guys and the said it was best to contact the manufacturer which I did.

the tank came in a perfect condition within the time frame they said it would. the guy delivering it was great and really helpful.

If I need any plumbing supplies again I will use these guys.

Product well packed and works well but needed to get threaded fittings to connect on to water pipes.Perhaps fittings could have been included with heater.

Shower exactly as described so simple to replace existing.shower.

Absolutely shocking service.
I paid for delivery within two days and yet it has taken two weeks to arrive.
I do not recommend using this company even if they appear to be cheaper.
