Really good quality. Packing really good and we’ll done to protect the parts. I only have one slightly negative comment which concerns the hinge side packing blocks. Previously this was in the form of full length wooden blocks - simple and easy to fit, Now you provide 4off plastic blocks for each slide asst. These are very fiddly to fit particularly for slimmer base units. Maybe this has been done as a cost saving which is understandable but it is not an improvement.

Thanks for the feedback. We have been using the new blocks for many months now, and they have been received very well by all users with no complaints (except from a few previous customers like yourself who prefer the other method). We do still produce the strips, and previous customers can request them to match existing, or if thats their preference. The change was all about freeing up our workshop time for drawer production as the overall cost is very similar. Note, are you attaching the blocks to the runners first as directed? This makes an enormous difference to ease of fit.

Communication was excellent throughout the production and delivery process. My drawers arrived on time. I was extremely impressed with the packaging. Clear instructions enabled the easy fitting of the drawers.

Turned up when they said it would. Good bit of kit. I had a bit of confusion with the online instructions because I found them a bit vague, but in all honesty I might have been looking at the wrong one.

Excellent service. I made a typo when putting my measurements in online. It was picked up and I was emailed asking me to check if it was correct. Could have been an expensive mistake. Well done Drawer Boxes. Top quality products aswell.

What a great company and service! I discovered that my deep under-sink drawer wouldn't close without interfering with the drainage pipes. After considering possible solutions (none of which were very good), I found drawerboxes.co.uk. I was a bit nervous about getting the sizes wrong or what the quality would be like. However, the drawer fits perfectly and the quality is great.

Product very good, disappointed with the video of how to assemble as they have changed the fixing, found the instructions better my advice is to ignore video (unless they upgrade video) use instructions.

Excellent experience with Drawerboxes.co.uk. The process was well explained in detail on the website and with videos, the ordering was smooth and the communication was timely and very quick.

Needed some extra drawer space and was not disappointed. I have a Howdens kitchen which was fitted over 10yrs ago. I needed the drawer to fit behind a deep drawer unit. The whole process was straight forward with clear instructions sent via email. They also have a you tube video on how to put the drawer together. Great communications from the company. Was informed when the drawer was out for delivery with a 1 hour time slot given on the day of delivery.
