Fantastic advice, service and personal delivery.
The drawers were extremely well packaged with the use of cardboard and minimal plastic. The company phoned to advise me on an issue I had with the order which was extremely helpful.

Just fitted a set of five drawer boxes to a tall larder unit. Absolutely perfect. Really well designed. Went together precisely and fit my tall larder unit exactly. As well as the fit and finish, the boxes were delivered in plastic free and very sturdy packaging and via a reputable courier. One question I had was answered straight away And by a human! Altogether faultless purchase.

This company is simply outstanding! The product itself is fabulous, so easy to put together… less than an hour to build 7drawer boxes.This was my second order, the first being around 5-6 years ago, I can definitely say they are designed and built to last! Customer service is absolutely excellent as well! My order was delivered in full, no damages/nothing missing. It was also delivered ahead of the scheduled date. I cannot fault the product, the staff or the service I’ve received. Just brilliant!

These are brilliant quality and, because they are bespoke, they fit perfectly. Everything about the process was easy, with careful checking at each stage, updates about production dates, shipping etc., and they arrived so carefully packaged. And finally, when I phoned for advice, I go to speak to a really helpful person straight away.

I ordered two drawer boxes to help organise the tinned goods in.my Wren kitchen shallow larder unit. The website was easy to use and measuring info excellent. I wrongly measured my internal unit width and got a quick reply asking me to confirm the measurement with guidelines for standard units - success! My order arrived within a few days and an email received with clear instructions for assembly. The assembly process was straightforward and completed in an hour or so. Drawers are great.

Having latterly wished that we had installed more drawers into our kitchen to make access easier and to increase the amount of stuff that we can keep in the cupboard, I found Drawerboxes online. The ordering system was very easy, just two measurements and place the order. The delivery was swift, the packaging for the drawers was amazing and the installation instructions were very clear. Job was replacement drawer in 30 yr old unit. It was surprisingly straightforward :)
Easy to navigate site, and define order sizes. Good how-to videos and printed instructions. Delivery took few days as made-to-measure. Instructions included how-to and also why (which was nice), plus warnings of possible errors. Will definitely use these guys again if I need any thing to do with drawers.
