Great service, amazing products and the quality of the packaging is outstanding! Only but, communication about deliveries and status, you barely know nothing about when the package will arrive.

La compra ha sido totalmente satisfactoria tanto en entrega como en tiempo y ni que decir el producto recibido. He bajado la puntuación en atención al cliente porque me avisaron de que el Oporto Graham´s no lo tenían y llegue a un acuerdo con ellos para el envío de las otras botellas, pero volví a enviar un correo pidiéndoles información de cuando estaría disponible el Oporto en cuestión, y no he recibido respuesta aún tras una semana del envío del correo.
