Shopping-Satisfaction Editorial Guidelines

Shopping-Satisfaction allows real customers to provide genuine ratings and reviews after purchasing on participating ecommerce websites.
This feedback, whether positive or negative, is systematically published on the participating website, but may be moderated and excluded from publication if the editorial guidelines below are not respected. It is essential to follow these guidelines to ensure the publication of your review.

You have 90 days to leave a review once you have received the request from Shopping-Satisfaction. After this period, you will not be able to send a review for your purchase.

Your review cannot contain terms or words that may be racist, insulting, defamatory or abusive (rip off, scam, theif, fraud, cheat…). 

You cannot cite or refer to competitor websites where you have purchased, or their URLs. We cannot verify that you have purchased the same type of products or services from these websites. 

Be brief, truthful and factual when expressing your satisfaction or discontent. For others to benefit from your experience, your review must be quick and easy to read.

Shopping-Satisfaction already knows the buyer's information. Therefore, we ask that you never include any personal data (first or last name, address, email, phone number, etc.) in your review.

Reviews that do not respect these editorial guidelines may not be published or may be removed after publication.
