As usual excellent service. I was kept informed every step of the way by email and delivery was exactly as expected. The Snowbee G - XS 10' #7 is my third snowbee rod and I am extremely happy with it ..in fact I won the club monthly competition on Saturday using my new rod - 4fish for 15 lbs 11ozs .

Great company to do business with, from placing the order to receiving the goods, brilliant. There was a slight fault with the vest and troutcatchers talked me through an exchange with Snowbee sending a replacement immediately, overnight. If only all companies treated their customers like this.

I had an issue with paying over the internet - ie card transaction would not complete - however rather than just failing - I received an e-mail giving alternatives - I paid by phoning the office and completing the transaction.
The product was with me the following day/ morning delivery - in N Ireland..great service.
Product was exactly what was ordered.
Well done - so apart from the issue over the internet - top performance.
