Several other companies offered the Kneading mounting shaft which I required for our Panasonic breadmaker, but only Kitchenwareonline were able to also supply the 'O' ring which I thought worth replacing.

The product I needed was available,the price was fair.I ordered on a Friday and paid for 24hour delivery but didn't receive the product until the Monday,it was delived by Royal Mail,who according to their Website deliver on a Saturday and Sunday,The other thing with Tracing this device you only get any kind of information from Royal Mail after the parcel has been delivered or attempted to be delivered???

Thank you for your purchase. In fact you didn't order a 24 hour service you selected 1st class royal mail. Royal mail have never guaranteed their first and second class services and since the beginning of the pandemic suggest that 1st class mail will USUALLY take between 1 and 3 days. Sorry that you didn't receive any notification from Royal Mail until after delivery, they do seem to be a bit slow in that respect and should have sent an email with tracking details so you could track its progress.
