Very well packed, arrived as scheduled.

Well described on website. Promptly despatched. More expensive than other retailers for this item (a nightlatch) but the only one actually in stock whereas some others advertised the item as in stock when it was not.

Service was faultless, ordered on Monday arrived on Wednesday.

Very clued up staff with great product knowledge. Given advice over the phone then ordered parts online.

UPS delivery was rescheduled by a day but fortunately our job was not time sensitive..

Although the item I ordered was not the one I needed which was my fault, I found Stephen at Conquest very helpful. If I needed any of the other products they do I would definitely order again.I have already recommended Conquest to a friend.

Probably not conquest fault. delivery date given thursday 10.45 to 14.45 no delivery same again friday again no delivery finally turned up monday.

Very good service. The ability to buy individual hinges as opposed just to pairs made a difference as I only needed three. The hinges were solid and robust and the delivery was quick.

It was really easy,with good communication & the product was good & as described.
