The goods I ordered were as expected. I didn't have any contact with Tamarack so cannot give a true impression of customer service. The order was received in an acceptable time following the usual email notifications of receipt of order.

I often shop here and they have always been superb with quick dispatch, quick replies to questions and with quality products from quality manufacturers. Unlike other online experiences, if it’s shown in stock it is in stock and no waiting around for them to order it from the supplier! People at TO were very fast in processing my order, I was very happy with that but It took more than 2 weeks to receive the package (I live in Romania and the delay may have to do with the current pandemic situation).
Even though the saw came with a scratch due to the fact it was opened I didn't hold it against TO.
However the package came by Royal Mail and then the Romanian Postal Office and I had to go to the Postal Office to get my package - not cool.

As ever excellent service. Speedy delivery. I rate this as one of the best outdoor shops in the country.

Well the item appeared to be in stock and was added to the basket payment was accepted but then I got an email saying it wasn’t actually in stock. Refund was quite prompt.

The Feuerhand lantern case is nicely made & also flat packs which is a plus , something you can't tell from the picture or description. There is also a really nicely detailed embroidered "fire in hand" logo on the lid . It's a very useful thing. I would recommend.

This kit is excellent cant fault it it was also the cheapest around even cheaper than the Kelly kettle official website. The delivery time was excellent very quick. Keep up the good work tamarack.
