This is our third order of leaky pipe and I can honestly say that the help and courtesy of the owner is second to none. Our third order was done via the website and I had a confirmation immediately followed by notifications of delivery which was within a couple of days. The merchandise is excellent, very flexible and does not clog with earth. Personally use pegs to hold it down and bend it slightly rather than using the joiners. I only use these as offshoots from main pipe when creating new beds.

After finishing installing my leaky pipes I realised that the hose attachments left sticking up out of the soil were liable to get blocked with soil, so I asked on the website query page if there were any caps available to put on the hose ends. This was early last week, I'm still waiting for an answer.

This is the second watering system I have purchased from Chris and his team. He is amazing and helped me make sure I had everything I needed for the system to work. Indeed when we talked through my order, he identified an essential component I had overlooked. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for a watering system. My orders have both been delivered promptly. I will be back when I have my hanging baskets in place.

Leakypipe was very helpful in answering all of my questions on how to set-up the system, as well as pointing me to their videos which explains how to install the pipes. It was simple to install and it is much easier to have everything on a timer system, it’s saved us so much time.
