Efficient response but Royal Mail were slow to deliver.

Thank you for the review. There is a misconception about royal mail delivery times. Long gone are the days of a fast efficient postal delivery service. Royal mail now overcharge for a slow and shoddy service. Unfortunately other carriers such as couriers charge a great deal more and as a small business we don't have the bargaining power to get lower costs by sending out the thousands of parcels a day that other - larger companies do.

Excellent sourced the part and provided excellent install advice. Before reaching out to Kitchenware online I had tried many suppliers and found so-called microwave oven experts really didn't know what they were talking about. Those who were knowledgeable wouldn't order the part and send it on. I cannot recommend Kitchenware online enough.
