Prompt and excellent service enabled to find in one place all 3 of the components I needed to repair our 15+ year old Panasonic breadmaker. From failure to back up and making bread again was just 3 days! Would definitely recommend Kitchenwareonline and would use them again.

I was told the goods had been posted on the 18MAY , first class Royal Mail, ten days later I still not received the parcel . We have not experienced any issues with our post other then then this issue.
I have paid for the part and therefore awaiting a response from Kitchenwareonline!

UPDATE, PARCEL ARRIVED YESTERDAY. ROYAL MAIL TOOK 10 DAYS TO DELIVER

Would you like me to send a replacement, maybe tracked this time ?. I guess it has got lost somewhere in the post despite saying that you havent had issues. I am told that currently there are huge backlogs of post at points around the country. Please be kind enough to refuse delivery of the original when it does turn up so that it gets returned to sender. Thank you. I'll wait to hear from you.

The product arrived late for the fee of 1st Class, I understand this was due to coronavirus. As there was no correspondence done therefore can not comment on this.
