The DHL did not bather deliver as the address was out of town and "too complicated to find" so the stick is still not delivered.

Very disapointing. It arrived snapped in half. Recieved a full refund however was not able to get another in time for Christmas. There was very little packaging to protect the item.

Sadly I did not receive my order. I arranged for delivery to a safe place however delivery company recorded delivery at around 2pm I return home at 2:20 but no parcel! I have emailed the company but no reply!!! Seems I will have to accept non receipt of item

The parcel was damaged. I have had to repair the product as i needed to use straight away. Very disappointed!

To be rather honest with I am very peeved with the Stick & Cane shop. At the time of ordering I ordered 1 stick from yourselves,costing £16.99 & 1 stick from Complete care Shop, costing £8.22. Can you imagine how i felt when the two sticks arrived and they were exactly the same, except that you charged VAT and they didn't. Incidentally I was promised a refund for the VAT and that hasn't turned up either.Your comments will be appreciated.

Without being able to compare this stick with the one you received from the Complete Care Shop, I am unable to confirm if they are exactly the same walking stick, many on the market look similar, but are made from lesser quality components. As per the HMRC guidelines we were given, the VAT relief has to come in the form of a refund once we have received a completed VAT relief form for the order. The form was sent with your order and we have just received it back today, which we will process ASAP.
