Great quality product. Excellent interactions with Sit and Sleep that felt very personal and helpful. Delivery company felt below the current industry norms in terms of speed and communications. I didn’t hear anything from them despite chasing Sit and Sleep and them saying they would prompt them, so telephoned the delivery company myself and then arranged delivery date. Norm nowadays is much more active delivery process with communications throughout. Love the quality of the sofa bed.

Customer service was amazing. They were really helpful with advice. Really happy with the mattress ... seems very good quality.
Only quibble would be the delivery company that they use... parcel force were atrocious. Did not follow delivery instructions twice which I feel let this company down sadly.

Shipping was a disaster and yet for the second shipping the same company was used

The futon is lovely and well padded, really takes two to build it which is not ideal but did eventually manage it on my own

Please please stop using the distribution company you have as they will get you a terrible reputation.

We really appreciate feedback from customers so we thank you for your review. We completely accept that on this occasion you did not have a good delivery experience for which we sincerely apologise – it is not what we want, or strive for, for any of our customers. We use this delivery company extensively and, as I mentioned in my e-mail to you on 30th November, we rarely have issues with them but on very rare occasions, as with any delivery company, things don’t go quite right. On such occasions we try very hard to resolve the issue in the quickest time frame with the minimal inconvenience for the customer. Louise in our sales office was in daily communication with the delivery company and kept you as informed as possible with regular updates.
