Unfortunately the wrong was sent out to me instead of a java bath filling has ordered.

I was sent a bath filler with shower attachment.

I bought the wrong back to your office in Epsom awaiting confirmation that you have mine in. ROGER stock.

I will give delivery instructions after you have emailed me.

I think that if someone who spens over £50 on products should expect them to be sent next day or not far off from a better service then Royal mail eg DPD or DHL and know other online stores around do this. Royal mail tracking is awful generally speaking as standard.

Customer service was OK but feel they should have been more informed on delivery date at early stages. If there were any good deals/prices on Nerrad products I might order again.

Very pleased with the price. However, I just wish that they had been more transparent with shipping times. My invoice said that the item had been shipped but after further inquire due to the item not arriving I was told that it would take 3 weeks to arrive instead of 3-5 days.

The service from Plumb 2 was faultless but the water softener was faulty.
Monarch are sending a tradesman but not until 4th August.
I wish they were as prompt as Plumb 2 !!

They say..order before 3pm and for a premium you
get next day delivery. Not so, it arrived one day later and after 7 in the evening.They did refund the premium payment.

Hi purchase an item with no instructions for use, still awaiting one week later, on the point of returning item, not particularly impressed . Can test the item if we don’t know how to use, we need to file instructions for our h&s files.

I still do not have my item despite being told it had shipped. When I chased it up I was told it was actually out of stock, but no one bothered to let me know that, they waited until I asked where it was. I am still waiting for them to get it into stock and send to me. Not great customer service or stock control.

Following this review, as an update, Plumb2U did resolve the issue quickly, got the item into stock and sent it overnight to me so did redeem themselves somewhat. Updated to 3 star.

Shipping let’s you down big time, you send tracking but if it’s your delivery you can’t track! Have used you twice and it’s a chore! Sort out tracking delivery times, we have a life also!

The bad side was it did not tell me I need a push on fitting so could not fit as all shop close for Christmas.
Now got to wait till thy open to. My last one came with all the fittings to fit with no hassle getting parts that should of come with it. NOT HAPPY 🤬

Goods were eventually received on 09.12.20 after 3 amended deliveries so I can only rate the haulage company 2 stars.

Regarding the merchandise the product box was not sealed. The original sellotape seal had been cut, I assume for checking purposes, but had not been replaced. Fortunately the product inside was well packaged and no damage apparent.

With regards to your Customer service I did not contact them but as I have to give a rating irrespective of this, I have given an average.

I`ve only rated shipping with a 2 star due to item being delivered in its display box and this is definitely not suitable for dispatching a quality item like a Grohe Mixer Shower Unit. Box is for display only and should have been placed into stronger box for delivery.Hopefully shower isn't damaged but will not know as installation not taking place till mid November! Product looks good quality as you would hope with Grohe.

I ordered and paid for two Aqualisa showers.
One shower was delivered very quickly. However the second shower was not delivered and there was no correspondence from Plumb2U about it.
Having chased them, I was informed the second shower hadn't been sent because it wasn't in stock - yet it was still being advertised for sale.
I therefore requested a refund to which I received an out of office auto response.
Having chased for a third time I received my refund.
A frustrating experience.

The item arrived quickly but unfortunately had a manufacturing fault so had to be returned. Plumb2U is dealing with it OK but I haven't yet got the replacement item. Shame Plumb2U to you didn't inspect what they send out as they would have spotted it.

I have ordered twice from Plumb2iu and paid for next day delivery. Both times I have not received my orders next day. I received a refund for delivery costs on the first occasion and I have not heard back for the second time.

The shower is great. We already have one in our other bathroom so knew that. My rating is low because we ordered white but got black. Actually it looks ok so we decided to save ourselves the hassle of sending it back. But I would have preferred the colour I ordered.
