To-date I have not received the item purchased but as a plumber I know the item is good, however the service has been unsatisfactory and I will not use plumb2u again.

Ordered 2 Grohe toilet frames. Products seem fine on installation but delivery took 4 days despite paying £9 for next day delivery. I have asked the plmb2u team twice for a refund for the delivery but so far have only received silence!?

Ordered two items, the first arrived reasonably quickly, but the second item caused me all sorts of problems. I had to call and email numerous times, but no one ever called back. They did email eventually. I was told it had been dispatched when it hadn’t been, was given a tracking number that didn’t work and was told it was being dispatched on days that it clearly wasn’t. It took almost two weeks to finally get the second item. Happy with the products, but not with the customer service.

One of the units ordered was unfortunately out of stock and we had to back order it from the manufacturers.

The order was put back into our dispatch network as we were expecting the stock to come it, however unfortunately there was an unforeseen delay from the manufacture end too which held things up.

Placed order before 3 pm on a Thursday. Paid for next working day delivery. Therefore, order should have arrived on the Friday. Order did not arrive until the following Monday. Email sent to Plumb2U but person responding did not seem to understand what next working day meant. A request for additional shipping costs to be reimbursed was ignored.

Ordered this beginning of last week and postage stage 2-3 days delivery. over a week has passed and it finally arrived yesterday. Tried to make contact to chase this item and was directed to a mobile voicemail, An e-mail was sent - never had a response. Item works fine.

We got a message to say the order was shipped for next day delivery when in fact it was not even in stock. Refund arranged .It was difficult yo get through yo somebody and it required several calls and email.

Toilet seat not in stock when ordered, yet money was taken.
Arrived later but plastic fittings were far too big for holes in toilet,plumber had to use his own.

Unfortunately at the time of purchasing, upon processing the order, we were made aware that the product was temporarily out of stock.

We dispatched the unit as soon as we received them in from the supplier. The item comes with the fittings supplied by the manufacturer so we are sorry to hear that these did not fit.

Paid for next day delivery and called day before as I needed it for a job booked in for my clien to confirm the delivery . On the day of delivery plum2u said it would be delivered,, no refund for paying next day delivery and had to pay £90 for a same day courier service. No sincre apology.

I have received second hand item, I cannot fully use it because it’s not letting me register an account. Thermostat is assigned to someone else account. Since I installed it my house is cold because default temperature is set to 14 and I must manually override all the time. I have no support from customer service, apart of an email which took few days to receive. Absolutely disappointed.

The pump is excellent.

Paid for next day delivery, but it was delayed. Seeing as non next delivery would be free I contacted them asking for the £9 to be refunded. Two requests made, CRICKETS!.

Don't expect any kind of decent customer service.

Item was delivered without the air switch , Rang Plumb2u and they said that InSinkErator was the fault as had left them out of the box.. !0 days later and still waiting for the parts so that I can get on and install the machine. NOT A HAPPY BUNNY WHEN IF i HAD WAITED TILL NOW i COULD HAVE BOUGHT IT FOR NEARLY £20 LESS.

We had an order done within the timeframes that wasn't sent the next day. Refunded the next day deliv then by mistake refunded all of the order. Customer service said would still send and pay later. They didnt send it , and when they did send it DPD delivered it to a completely different address. Redelivery didn't happen,then told I would have to start the whole process again- I chose not to. I did complain and had an email back.No gesture of good will, could have used then again in the future.

Delivery took 9 days from ordering... and only because I chased it. No email, text or card through the door to say they had attempted delivery.. and when the shower did arrive the box was open, but luckily all the parts seemed to be there. I appreciate this is not necessarily a Plumb2u issue directly, but you should be aware that DX is not a great courier to be using.. at least on this occasion.
The shower itself is ok... time will tell.

I had not received my item as predicted on the 16th Nov, I sent an email the day after and its not the 18th and I have an email, informing me that the item has now been dispatched.

No confirmation e-mail of order or delivery. Only information came from Amazon Pay. No telephone contact possible and e-mail not answered until the day after item was to be delivered as next day service had been paid for. Problems with courier company and tracking system, no information available as to when item collected, came 2 days late. Refund for extra shipping cost paid after second request, initially stated that this was not guaranteed but no mention of this when taking extra payment.

It took nearly 3 weeks to finally get what I ordered. Unfortunately the wrong item was originally shipped. I contacted customer service who admitted a picking error and provided a return postage label but unlike virtually every other supplier I have ordered from, would not send the correct item until the original one had been received back. This took over a week before the correct item was finally dispatched. So in the end it was nearly 3 weeks until the repair could be carried out.

The delivery took a while in these pandemic times, and I haven't attempted to get customer service but the item did not work. It failed to shut off the water supply when the tank was full.
