Urgently needed this pump.
Got an email with delivery tracking which said the parcel was yet to be received.
Emailed after a few days, oh they were waiting on it coming from another branch..
Another few days, oh out of stock..

Shambles.
Cancelled order gone elsewhere.

Communication is a real issue, i ordered these benders expecting them with in 4 days. 7 days later i haven't heard anything.
Tried to contact yourself a few times finally some one got back to me and informed me that you didn't have any in stock.
I asked for a refund. Which i was told was done. To this day i haven't got my money back and after asking when will i be getting was ignored. Really poor customer service and im really disappointed as id of bought alot from you.

Awful ... Its says its 2 inch , to fit the flush pipe .. Complete rubbish, even the inch and half end dosent even fit it , so have no idea what size it is ... Cost me £58 , I've emailed to complain and try get me money back but neva had a response!!!

After placing a Thursday order and paying next day delivery I had hoped my items would be with me by Monday. I kept checking dpd tracking and it kept saying the item hadn't been received which was odd as plumb2u had sent an email saying the product had been dispatched. I checked again Tuesday morning and still no item received. I called customer services who then informed my after a quick check that the item was never in stock and couldn't explain how I was charged and the order dispatched.

Having looked over the order it appears a unit on the order was unfortunately out of stock in our warehouse but the system had not yet updated, hence why you were able to checkout with the item.

The label seemed to be created in our dispatch network, this is why you received an automated email.

Ordered a new shower over a month ago as it showed in stock, but then received an email to say when they went to pick it there were none available. One month later after lots of unanswered emails and unable to get through on customer services I am going down the charge back route with my credit card provider.

My ordered shower arrived all beaten up and had obviously been opened up during transit it arrived all taped up and missing all the riser pieces and showerhead. I contacted customer services who requested pictures that were sent and now they are ignoring my requests for them to replace the unit or sort something else out.

I ordered 2nd August and received confirmation of order and VAT receipt, the goods have still not been delivered12 days later, I have emailed customer services and not had any response. My DPD App shows item dispatched, but then shows cancelled! I did not cancel it, very disappointed customer, diabolical customer service.

I'm still waiting on feedback from customer service ( a week), they indicated order had been cancelled because the product being sold wasn't has specified but have still taken payment, I then received an email informing me that an order (I assume the product specified on the web page) had been dispatched, a week later and nothing has been delivered (and I paid for next day delivery). Still waiting for feedback to understand what is happening??

Cannot comment on merchandise as still not received my back order.

No one has replied to my enquiries. It is now at risk of delaying the completion of my job as the room cannot be closed up until the valve is in.

I am 38 weeks pregnant so knowing that the bathroom can be closed and plastered is very high on my priority list

Doesn’t even look like it’s been shipped. I just want a response.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Paid extra £9 on 10th Dec for next day delivery. 14th Dec, no parcel. Called them on 16th Dec and they said there was a mix up in the warehouse and said it was dispatched yesterday (15th Dec) on 48hr delivery. Parcel eventually arrives on 22nd Dec. As the owner of a plumbing company, I had deadlines to meet with a client which I was unable to fulfil due to the incompetence of this company.
Avoid this company at all cost. Would give 0 stars if i could.
