Lovely product . Delivery was due yesterday pm. Took the afternoon off work and received a call to say won't be with me until tomorrow am. Unfortunately I was working this am. I asked to call me at least 1 hour prior to delivery but they rang me when they were with was annoying. Luckily I went to get my horse in at lunch much time and was there just as the driver was leaving so he moved the pallet for me

Delivery was unsatisfactory as not delivered on the day or time promised by the transporting company. The driver had difficulty finding the delivery point location, despite specific detailed instructions given to the company office. Apparently, the driver attempted to contact me via my land line and not my mobile telephone number, as requested and as a result my order was delivered a day later than scheduled. Two of the bags were badly damaged causing spillage and some wastage.

We can only apologise for the delivery Jane.
We always supply the delivery company with all the information the customer requests.
As with all our reviews Jane gave us 5/5 for Aquamax and Customer Service. Whenever we have not received a 5/5 rating it is always because of the delivery,. We too find it very frustrating when this happens.
