I was surprised not to receive any confirmation emails after placing my order and also signing up for the newsletter. I started to wonder if the items are going to arrive at all when suddenly after 4 days a delivery man called my mobile to get additional directions to a new postcode.

Had great communication with Lisa when ordering our recycling bins. We were really impressed with the quality of the product and they came quicker than expected. I don't think the photos on the website do this product any justice. We're very happy with them.

Great Desk. Bought for my other half to work in a cupboard during lockdown (its not as bad as it sounds). She loves it, with the wireless charging and Bluetooth speakers she listens to music while she works and is very happy with it. I had a phone call to arrange a day for delivery and while an estimated time would have been nice it arrived in pristine condition on the day arranged. Only positives for me from this shopping experience.

The day after I ordered this I was informed the item was out of stock, but due in the following week.There was a slight delay (2 days) in WorkSpaceDesigns receiving the order from their supplier, but I was kept informed at all times by WSD.The order arrived on the day they said it would. Assembly takes longer than the instructions state, but the instructions are well laid out and mostly easy to follow. There were no missing parts, no damage.We now have a solid desk that we are very pleased with.

The desk arrived wel protected and very clear insturctions, easy to assembly and nice touch was spare fittings. the product assembled is excellant and very good value for money.

Within two hours of ordering I received a call to confirm next day delivery! Fabulous.

Great customer service. No sooner had I ordered the item than I had a 'phone call to arrange a delivery date.
The goods were delivered on the appointed day and within the timeframe in a text message sent to me by UK Mail.
The bookcase took about an hour to build and is a well made and sturdily constructed piece of furniture.
Overall a great customer experience. So much so, that I'm going to order a Forme office desk as well!

Great product but complete delivery had to be chased with both the supplier and the courier. Delays caused significant inconvenience at a time when a house move was in progress.
