Gosh! When you contact customer service you actually speak to a human rather than a chatbot - and a very helpful one [Chris] who spends the time advising you on what you need. Originally I installed pipes from elsewhere which over the years have degraded and have leaks everywhere - very difficult to locate when it's all buried. Now I only use this company's product which is built to last. The site is full of good advice, videos and possible layouts for different sized areas – the experts!

Having researched well, I went for Leaky Pipe partly because the reviews were good, but also because they are based in Kent and close.
I was after a prompt delivery and requested it via email and on the order form, received the perfect response from Leaky Pipe and prompt delivery.
I ordered some more and received it again very quickly.

Great product, excellent service and first rate technical advice. You can always buy cheaper but then you often end up buying twice. With the Leaky Pipe Company I cannot fault the product, the next day service or the pre-purchase telephone advice I received from "Mr Leaky" himself - very straight, very honest and obviously based on years of experience. I don't know what more you could ask for and I'm so pleased with the end result that I have just placed another order.

Very happy so far with my pipe for my polytunnel. And the customer service was excellent.
I was originally sent a defective pipe (leaking a lot in some places and not enough in others). I reported this to them and they immediately called to discuss what the problem could be, and sent a replacement. I then bought an extra 50m which they matched to the flow rate for my specific pipe (they measure each one apparently).

This was a top up order for some more leaky pipe and connectors. I had decided to install an irrigation system for most of the flower beds in my one half acre plot. I was so impressed with the product that I made a late decision to extend it to the rest. I ordered 100m of leaky pipe on 24 Jan and it arrived at 10am on the 26th. LeakyPipe is everything an online business should be - approachable, helpful, efficient, excellent product and excellent value for money. One very satisfied customer.

Unfortunately my item was no longer in stock. I was proactively contacted and offered a higher spec product in recompense.
