Size comes up rather big, after looking ok initially has rubbed my horses shoulders. Would recommend considering a size down from usual.

The product is good but the shipping was not. I ordered the product and recieved an e-receipt. After a week of no contact from the company, I had to contact them to ask about delivery. They did not respond to my query directly but I received an email a day later saying when it would be delivered.
Overall customer quality and communication was poor which was a shame as the product is good.

My horse has been wearing the Titan Turnout rug for 3 weeks now. The fit is good, generous with room for movement and has protected him well in some wet and windy weather. I have had a couple of problems with it however, one of the leg strap catches has broken (the spring in the catch has come adrift) and the neck cover flicks up a lot of the time where it meets the body of the rug. With this experience of the detachable neck cover I think that another time I would go for the fixed cover.

The products are great but it took 2 weeks to be delivered which was totally ridiculous. When I contacted customer service they were uninterested and blamed Black Friday. The Black Friday discount was no different to other sales you offer throughout the year. It’s not an excuse for poor service. A delay of 2 days might be acceptable but not 2 weeks.

Paid for Saturday delivery. Apparently couldn’t find me which I find very strange as i have had lots of your products delivered. Didn’t receive my parcel until the Monday!! As you can imagine I was furious as I had stayed in on the Saturday to take delivery of it.

I love all Premier products especially the rugs but I specifically advised that my order should be put in a safe place in our greenhouse rather than left at the door. Well, it was left outside in the pouring rain and whilst the cardboard box completely disintergrated, at least the rugs were ok..Lucky I got back in time.

I ordered one rug liner in error and couldn't get hold of their pick-up service, so in the end had to send it parcel post for £13.50..don't make mistakes whatever you do.

Item was fine but delivery was delayed twice and I had no response from premier equine when I queried this. I initially queries with DPD who said they couldn’t help & had to get in touch with yourselves . Not good.

Very happy with the product and service. My only criticism is the delivery. I ordered on 4th October and only received them on 11th October which was disappointing as I needed the product for a show we were attending on 12th October but as we traveled on the 11th it was too late.
