Not for the first time both the cases and trays arrived badly scratched! They have obviously been pieced together from separate sources as it is extremely difficult to remove the tray from the jewel case and then fit back into place once you have changed the sleeve.
I will not be buying again i'm afraid!

The original item was unavailable. Then, Riviera sent an Email with a direct link to the item that was originally requested and that it was back in stock. That exact link was clicked and paid, but was the wrong item was delivered and nearly broke our machine. I called Customer services, they were unhelpful and awkward, and did't believe that they had made the mistake. I sent the item back that day, and haven't head anything since. I need to re order the item, but can't until there is a refund.

I haven't received my order yet, I phoned a week after placing the order and was told it was out for delivery. I phoned 3 days later and they said it was being returned to them and they'd post it out again, but they didn't offer faster delivery or compensation meaning it's affecting my business.

Don't normally complain, but this time quite a few cases damaged , emailed, then phoned customer services , they said they didn't receive email so would look into and get back to me but nothing so far , delivery problems too , this is my worst experience out of 5 deliveries so will continue with them , they should maybe put one or two extra cases per item to allow for breakages which there always is, and maybe call back when they say they will.

Package arrived damaged. I had to stay in all day to wait for someone to collect damaged product as no time could be given. Replacement product not received a week later. No communication on receipt of damaged goods or expected delivery of replacement goods.

Disc where faulty had to buy from another site [TotalBlankMedia.com] in the end as could only get a refund if I sent them back at my expensive and after they "test" them probably ending with me with no disc and no refund and even more out of pocket. WOULD NOT USE!!

"Faulty media must be sent back to us (after a returns number has been allocated via telephone) to the address above to enable us to do a full test on the media.
If this media is found to be faulty (and not incompatible with your equipment) a full refund (or replacement) including shipping charges will be given."

Traxdata DVD-R 8x White Inkjet Printable (50 PACK) Great discs, and I was surprised none were scratched as the plastic wrap was loose (clearly had already been opened) and the discs were all over the place when I opened my package. The guys picking and packing clearly do not care about the reputation of the company, as this happens with different items every time I place an order. Again, great discs, bad warehouse service.

Hi, Yes I ordered two types of product from you cd-r discs and jewel cases because I have previously had good service from yourselves. Unfortunately on this occasion I wasn't overly impressed with the packaging: plenty of cardboard packaging on top of the jewel cases I ordered but nothing at the bottom of the box to prevent damaging a number of cd cases making them unusable. The same amount of loose cardboard in the box could have been better distributed at no greater cost, preventing damage.

X-Pert Media jewel cases are completely different from the cases in product pictures.

RM gave me the standard "Pictures shown do not necessarily represent stock items and are for reference only. Products are subject to change without notice." Now RM expects me to pay for return shipping.

I've been shopping online for more than 10 years and Riviera Multimedia is literally the worst company I've ever dealt with. If you're in the market for quality CD jewel cases, take your business elsewhere.

We offer a no-quibble returns policy as per your rights and full refund will be given. It is a shame we did not have the chance to send you free samples before you placed the order. I had problems with dispatch and receipt of this Order.
Ordered on 2/12/14 and after four phone calls, delivery arrived on21/12/14.
On opening package - ALL ITEMS FOUND DAMAGED.
50 CD Cases warped beyond use.
Need to arrange Collection for return to revieramultimedia.co.uk and payment of £20.76 refunded
ASAP.

We shipped your order to Norway on the 13th (you ordered 8pm on the 12th). It has been clearing customs since the 15th. It was at your delivering depot yesterday so I would think you will have it very soon. If you ever need tracking details please contact us and we can help. Unfortunately we cannot control delays at customs with shipments outside the EU.

Ordered Friday, informed product not available until Tuesday but it's wednesday now and still don't have product. Usually not a problem but we have had to put a halt to dispatching to our clients. If Riviera would have let us know we could have sourced cases elsewhere.

Very sorry for the shortage and any inconvenience caused. The yellow cases were dispatched on Tuesday as promised and Fedex inform us that the delivery was made at 12.18pm on the 19th.

Poor all round service. Low grade boxes many of which arrived damaged AGAIN due to inadequate packaging. Phone call service was non-appologegic and did not respond well to my advice on future prevention and didn't seem worried about the loss of a customer. Yes I will take my business elsewhere in future.

I am shocked at this review. I can see you have bought our budget cases. I will gladly send some free samples of the high grade case if you like? I assume if you have spoken to us we have replaced the damaged cases for you. We always replace damages and I am very sorry if you have had problems.
